If you are going to visit this Endodontist for any reason, I would HIGHLY suggest getting another opinion.
I went to see Dr. Delle Donne after having intense pain in my tooth for a few weeks. The conclusions of his exam were wrong and his recommendation caused me 2 additional weeks in pain. I had to miss weeks at work due to the mental stress and pain that I had to endure.
Luckily, I had gone to see my family physician to rule out any possibility of a sinus problem around the same week and in the CT-scan it was indicated that I had an infection in that tooth that was causing me to suffer.
When I called Dr. Delle Donne immediately to discuss this, he brushed it off and told me to come back in 2 weeks to see him for a re-examination. He also asked me to ask the radiologist why he wrote that I had an infection on the CT-scan-probably because it did? How am I supposed to ask another doctor why they would write that? He also asked me to get another CT-scan from his lab which would obviously be of charge. Instead, I decided to use that same amount of money to seek another opinion from another specialist.
I sought out another opinion from another well-known Endodondist in Toronto, who confirmed that my tooth was dead and I indeed did have an infection in my tooth and that I needed a RCT or an extraction. Ofcourse, I opted for an RCT. The specialist was very surprised that Dr. Delle Donne was unable to pick up on this infection.
Not only am I upset that this doctor diagnosed me wrong, but I am even more shocked at his lack of care for his patients and his willingness to accept results from other professionals. He was unable to diagnose me properly and kept throwing speculations as to why my tooth was hurting, but could not find a simple solution as an infection.

In conclusion, I would definitely NOT recommend this doctor. He is stubborn and rude.

I was referred to Dr. Delle Donne for unexplained pain. To state that he is a specialist for teeth is an understatement. He is so well trained in in many other areas. He not only has a phenomenal disposition but was able to diagnosis what was going on andhad me at
ease throughout the whole visit. I would give him 10 stars instead of 5 if I could.

I had my first root canal with Dr, Domenic Dell Donne this morning and to say that he is an amazing endodontist should be an understatement. He saw me me quckly as I was experiencing pain and I had the emergency root canal same week. He is thorough, bright, warm and empathetic. I didn't feel a thing and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!! One of a kind he is!!!

I really hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Delle Donne is an awesome endodontist. He is a very compassionate dentist. I was recommended to go see him for a consult from my dentist and after meeting him, I felt less nervous about my situation. I just had 2 root canals done by him last week, and I did not feel any pain. He was very gentle and explained everything extremely well. He even called me after hours to make sure everything was okay after the root canals. I wish all dentists/doctors were as caring as him.

Amazing experience with Dr. Delle Donne. Had to have an emergency root canal and they fit me in very quickly. Very professional and caring atmosphere. Highly recommended! Can't say enough good things about him and his staff.

This doctor is amazing. Had my first root canal done by him just last week. I was in terrible pain and he fit me into his busy schedule the same morning I called his office. When I arrived, he viewed my x-rays and thoroughly explained his findings and treatment suggestions. Absess prevented immediate work but he designed a simple treatment plan to help me get through the few days between my initial consultation and the root canal treatment itself. Very professional, patient and answered all my questions and eased all concerns. Wish I could have him as my dentist for all routine work. He's fantastic. The consistent 5* ratings come as no surprise. And the added bonus - the lovely woman working the front desk is equally helpful and professional. Actually looking forward to my 6 month check-up. A most sincere thank you to Dr. Delle Donne and his wonderful staff.
