He has done a lot of his patients wrong. I had to dismiss myself from being his patient because he was charging me $175 to walk in his office. And that did not include any of the other charges which was urine tests all the time each and every month and if he had to go in for being a pill short or pill over you had to go in every two weeks and there was another urine test. Plus all the other charges on the bill. It got to the point to where I had to dismiss myself and still have not been to a pain management doctor since. Did Aetna Insurance patients Wrong by a few years after I dismiss myself he quit taking Aetna people. I just wonder Aetna is taking any course of action against him.

Worst doctors office ever! Staff is so terribly rude and fake. I have never experienced this type of rudeness anywhere. I have nothing nice to say about this office. If you are in pain and looking for a good doctor, this not the place. No compassion for their patients and what is going on with them. Never even met Dr Balgo and was told I would never either. I have never been to a doctors office where you don’t ever meet your doctor.. I will NEVER refer anyone to this doctor. A waste of time and money to receive nothing but judgement. No sympathy for what their patients are going through and they don’t even care, will just say you can go somewhere else. I wish I would have never set foot in this office.

Dr. Balgo saved my life. he enabled me to work at my career and was very successful in treating my pain. I have Major Sympathetic Nerve Dystrophy which is classified as "Retractable " pain, constant , severe and never lets up. He is one of the best. I have been through the gammit for 16 years and through every imaginable treatment. He has always been honest and forthright.
The staff is always professional and respectful. I have been treated very well and recommend Dr. Balgo to anyone who is in need of a life saving change. They can help you but you have to remember they are only human too. You have to follow the rules. Just the way it is.

DO NOT use this facility. They will not treat their own patients if it is an automobile accident or workmans comp. He does not see his patients it is always a PA and NO hospital association. My mom is 76, was in an auto accident, has been his patient for years and they WILL NOT see her. they are worthless.

By far the worst Dr I have ever been to. I didn't see balgo I seen his PA. He was the rudest person I have encountered in my 34 years of life. I didn't like how he spoke to me so I told him it was not OK to talk to me the way he did. He then proceeded to rip up my prescription and said fine you can leave. I'm sorry but my self respect and dignity are worth more to me than any darn pain medicine on God's green earth. In all honesty I would find a different Dr :/

I am a 36 yr old female with 4 kids, 2 with disabilities, I was referred for pain management for cancer in the bones. I did run out a few days early because of severe pain, but I called and was totally honest. I'm not a druggie, I have stage 4 cancer! I was told take something otc until your appointment, wouldn't help me at all! The secretary acted like it was ridiculous that I was so upset! Not sure how next appointment will go! I do have a terminal condition, not a pill addiction! Just saying!
