After many bad experiences with terrible psychiatrists I finally ended up with a great doctor who is my role model. This doctor is super intelligent, spiritual, and caring. I love the way she takes a wholistic approach to caring for my health. I have faith in this doctor and I know I will have a long term relationship with her. Her staff members are also so kind and quick on their feet. The staff members seem so seem so happy and I am assuming this is because Dr. Massoumi treats them well. Thank you all sincerely. I really appreciate everything you are doing to help me get better with a severe life long illness I have been struggling with.

After many years of misdiagnoses and practitioners that were not willing to take time and energy to listen to my issues, I have found someone who finally has. She understands brain chemistry and how that can affect people, but how also someone's background and past issues can contribute to the complexities of the situation. She has taken the time to analyze my labs, look at some holistic approaches, and find every resource available to help me thrive and continue to progress towards finally finding health and peace. It has been an evolving process, but she has been patient and empathetic to my cause. She communicates with my therapist to help make sure "my team" is all on the same page. Since working with Dr. Massoumi, I have started to make noticeable, positive gains toward finding health. I finally feel hopeful for the first time in my lifetime!

Dr Massoumi,after a couple of meetings with her, stood up and declared "I just don't feel the love....." I suffer from chronic PTSD, Major Depression, and DID and that comment to be was traumatizing in itself. Her feelings towards me should not have been part of our therapeutic relationship - very unprofessional and did quite a bit of damage in my trust issues.

Dr. Massoumi has been the best psychiatrist I have ever worked with. Not only is she very knowledgable about my condition, but she continually works with me to manage the complexities associated with my issues. Her staff is wonderful and is helpful with scheduling that works with me.

I was so impressed when I went to see Dr. Massoumi for the first time. The office staff were welcoming and friendly and answered any questions that I had. The waiting room had magazines, comfy chairs, and an option of self-serve water (cold and hot), coffee, or tea. When I met with Dr. Massoumi I was amazed at how knowledgeable she was of both conventional medicines, as well as natural alternatives. I told her I had little energy and no motivation. I was not sure if I had depression but was hesitant to be on medicine because the unpleasant side effects I had experienced in the past. She ordered labs on me for us to go over at my next appointment. When I came back I learned that I had insufficient levels of several vitamins and minerals and that my thyroid level was high which was contributing to my fatigue. She recommended nature throid to help with this and an adaptogen called Adapt 232. I ordered the Adapt 232 off a website she provided me with and received it a few days later. I took it and noticed an increase in energy a few days later.
