We've been with Dr. Telch since my daughters born(one is 34 months, one is 15 months). We all love him. He is very kids friendly and knowledgeable. When my daughter was 1 year old, she got high fever for a week. Dr. Telch said it is virus. A week later, her fever was gone without anti-biotic!! I believe him. The waiting time is really short(ave. 5 min), so you don't need to worry kids pass virus to each other in a crowed waiting room. I don't know why some parents had unpleasant moments with his staff. I think they are wonderful. They were very helpful to find a spot for my daughter, if it was emergence. When I call Dr. Telch for consultation, they would help me to get an answer. Great Doctor, Great staff!

Truly a great doc. If Dr Telch says not to worry, I don't. He is truly one of the most expeienced docs out there. However, as someone else mentioned, the lady Elin is one of the rudest receptionists I have encountered. Other than her, everyone else is lovely and Dr Telch is amazing.

My 3-yr daughter has been under Dr. Telch's care since she was born. When she plays her doctor kit toy, she always says "I like Dr. Telch and his cookie". His caring and gentle manner definitely won even the little ones' heart. I've never felt rushed in his office. He takes time to answer all my questions. I strongly recommend this doctor to all parents.

Dr. Telch has been incredible with my 4 mnth daughter from the very beginning. It is obvious he is a veteran in his field. Unlike other pediatricians I've heard of, he isn't quick to prescribe medicated solutions which I love. I've never had to wait more than 10 mins to see Dr. Telch, which other dr's should really make an example of. I would totally recommend Dr. Telch to everybody!

I live far away from Dr.Telch, but, make the trip to see him for my son. Dr.Telch is one of the best doctors I've come across. He's extremely helpful, caring and knowledgeable. My son has special needs and I wouldn't trust any other doctor with him!!

Dr. Telch is great with my kids, very calm and reassuring. Most of his staff is great, with the exception of the horrible receptionist Ellen. One of those people who enjoys ruining your day. She is difficult and combative but he is great.

He is my son's regular pediatrician and I think he is amazing. He gave the proper medicine when my son has bronchitis, compared to what the family physician had said. He does have aggressive treatment methods but they work. Compared to other pediatricians he is really good, they always squeeze us in for emergencies.

He is an extremely caring doctor that doesn't make you feel rushed. He spends as much time as necessary to figure out the problem. He is kind man and my son can sense that. My son actually likes going to see the Doctor.

My husband and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Telch for diagnosing our toddler with Celiac Disease. Our other pediatrician told us for 3 months that it was stomach flu! Meanwhile, she dropped down to 16 lbs. at 17 months of age. We bipassed our doctor and went to Dr. Telch. He took one look at her grossly distended stomach, tiny bottom, skinny limbs, sunken cheeks, and told us that she had Celiac Disease. Within a week, we were into Sick Kids Hospital for blood tests and an endoscopy, she was put on a gluten-free diet for life, and here we are, 11 years later, and she is a healthy, happy 12 year old. He is a wonderful doctor with good instincts and a calm, level-headed bedside manner. Very thorough in his approach. We would highly recommend him!!
