He saw my daughter at an after hours walk-in clinic. He spent most of his time lecturing me that I should have taken her to her paediatrician sooner but then told me there’s no cure for her cough (huh?? What was the urgency then?). He really didn’t seem like he wanted to see us even though we were well within clinic hours and his bedside manner is terrible. Well, your approach worked, Joseph! I will be going to my regular paediatrician from now on! I hope you never work at the clinic again for the sake of all the other families who don’t have a choice but an after hours clinic.

Dr Telch is an amazing doctor and his staff are all a pleasure to deal with, courteous and very accommodating and excellent dealing with both parents and kids. Dr Telch is very knowledgeable in many areas and will often call you at home to follow up or answers questions. He was able to solve my daughters colic and reflux when no other doctor could and help her with her constipstion when she was older. Now we see him for allergies and asthma issues and he is still great at treating my daughter and referring out when necessary. He has great bedside manners and you can tell he truly cares for his young patients. He is also able to give needles quickly and painlessly! My daughter enjoys getting her Dr Telch cookie after each visit still even at age 10.

Dr Telch is amazing, he is very experienced and knowledgeable. His staff is a pleasure to deal with. All three ladies are kind and caring. They always willing to squeeze us in when kids need to be look at urgently. My kids love to go dr office, and not afraid of needles. :).

Dr. Telch is an amazing doctor. Been taking both my kids to him since they were born. They always willing squeeze the kids in when I need to see the doctor for urgent issues. he is very knowledge and experienced. His staff are amazing as well, very helpful and nice.

Dr. Telch is an incredibly amazing Pediatrician. He always goes above and beyond for my children. Always following up. His staff is a total reflection of him; being the kindest and most understanding over the phone and in person.

Dr. Telch is the most wonderful doctor. We have moved from Markham, but make the 25 minute drive to see him. Both my girls are comfortable with him. Dr. Telch called me to see how my little girl was doing. When he was not in the office one day and I had a question, he called me to walk me through what was happening. He's pleasant. He's thoughtful. I can't say enough good things about him. He also doesn't rush to medicate which I appreciate. His staff is also lovely - they take my calls, they are pleasant and they make conversation.

Both of my children (9 and 17 years) have been seeing Dr. Telch since birth. He is amazing and so caring ... absolutely LOVE him and his staff. He has transitioned his approach to my children as they have aged ... ie. infant, toddler, child, pre-teen, teen, and now almost adult! Aaaack ... where has the time gone? He is truly fabulous and my son is already worried about who his next MD will be ... since he will "kicked out" at age 18 years! 😀 We just hope that he doesn't retire until our daughter reaches 18 ... he is honestly THE BEST!!!

We have used Dr. Telch for 2 of our kids. 6.5 years old and a 2.5 year old. Nothing but top notch service. We came to him almost 7 years ago reading reviews on this site and have never looked back. He called us in the evening to check up on our sick boy. HE also is staffed at the children s after hours clinic as well. True dedication. The front end staff is also very very friendly and approachable. Always have a blast chatting with them. Upon reading the reviews below...my feeling is they are over reacting parents who are venting out on a forum.
