Receptionist is very cold - I always feel like it’s a bother for her to answer the phone or say hello as u enter. She literally is missing social ques of acknowledging that u have asked a question - normally one would say “let me look into that or one minute” but u are left hanging wondering if she heard u. Dr. Goel is friendly & knowledgeable but I feel extremely rushed - she seems like she has to jump to the next pt and can’t wait to get out of the room. I always feel like it’s a factory if every 5 mins let’s bill for everything we can. I went to her with the same issue several times & what she “diagnosed” was a simple google search rote answer - I felt it needed more probing - I went to a private clinic that did a more in depth analysis to discover a serious condition which they are managing (& one I suspected & voiced to the dr). I’m grateful I listened to my instincts. I ended up having surgery. I still don’t understand how that receptionist has a job there - I mean seriously she is soooo miserable ALL the time. My whole family goes there & we all have comments on her attitude.

Receptionist always really rude and makes me feel uncomfortable. Always feel rushed with dr goel and feel like she’s got patients every 5 minutes and gives no attention to real concerns.

Dr. Goel and Allison have been committed to their patients during the Covid-19 pandemic and for years prior. Dr. Goel has sat on advisory boards to help her local community understand and readily advocates for her patients and colleagues. Dr. Goel cares deeply for her patients - I have been one for over 25 years and will continue to be until she retires. Allison is caring and attentive colleague of Dr. Goel - very accurate, prepared and professional. Thank you for all do!

Dr. Goel has been our family doctor for several years. She is compassionate, caring and kind. She doesn’t hesitate to refer you when needed which I find very helpful as many doctors seem to not want to send you to referrals! We feel very lucky to have her as our doctor, so much so that we drive an hour to see her. Allison her admin is also very helpful, she may not be over the top warm and fussy but she’s very professional. We have zero complaints! You would be lucky to have Dr. Goel as your family doctor!

Dr Goel has been my doctor for years now, she’s always been friendly, professional, patient and able to help. She’s good at working with me to come up with a decision I prefer, while also offering me guidance. Her receptionist can be a bit cold, my father and I have both commented on that to each other, but she’s professional and in the grand scheme of things we don’t really care. Overall I recommend her as a doctor, she’s wonderful!

Kind of lazy and will take shortcuts. Will never ask probing questions or to figure out whats actually wrong. She's ok if you have a cold, but anything more serious and you're better off finding a better Dr.

I agree with basically every other review I have seen. Dr Goel is great, nice person, no real complaints about her at all. The receptionist has always been extremely rude for seemingly no reason. Not too sure why she is still working there.

Dr Goel continues to look after our family for 17 years. Very professional and caring
For those comments about the Receptionist. She’s there to do a job not be chatty She’s being productive and professional. She’s not being paid to be your best friend! It’s busy so she’s working. Horrible doctor, doesn't know how to manage patients. Don't ever go to her if you have any problems, she's more interested in you personal life than helping your issues. Extremely disappointed, better off going straight to ER than see her.
