Thank goodness this doctor is retired. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Dr. Gremmels much less my friends, family, or myself. Though his demeanor is friendly and he comes across as being very caring, he is gravely negligent. He saw a patient that was very sick and conducted various labs. The results showed that the patient had an early stage of cancer, but Dr. Gremmels never told the patient that she had cancer at all. When the patient's condition worsened, she chose to see a specialist who finally informed her that she had cancer. Unfortunately, by that time the cancer had elevated to stage 4. There wasn't much that could be done at that point and the patient died. If Dr. Gremmels had told the patient that she had cancer, as was his responsibility as her doctor, she might have had a fighting chance at survival. There are various others as well who haven't lost their lives but have experienced lack of proper treatment for their illness by this doctor.

Great doctor, to bad he is retiring this Oct. 2008. He will be missed, you don't find many doctors who really care about their patients in the office and outside in the community.
