Don't waste your time or money going to Dr. Turke. Very rude, not compassionate. Staff has the "I don't care attitude" that trickles down from above. Looks down on people who don't have money. There is never a wait to see the doctor because you only get a minute with him. How could he run behind? No early/late hours. Practice is a joke.

I received the absolute worst care from someone who claims to be all about patient care. First of all, I have to work and cannot just leave for a doctor's appointment. If I leave, I don't get paid.....I have to have $200 just to walk in the door of Turke Family Medicine. There are no early morning appointments, no evening appointments, and no Saturday appointments. I had 3 problems that I wanted addressed and the provider rolled his eyes at me and told me that he didn't have time. I needed to schedule another appointment if I wanted additional items addressed. But yet I was still charged over $200 for this 60 second appointment. Then I was told that I could look up on the internet to learn more. I thought that was why I was seeing a doctor. My entire family will not be back to see Dr. Turke and I will tell all my friends not to go there. This practice is all about the money and computers in every room and nothing about the patients. But make sure you pay the bill before you walk out the door. Dr. Turke has to make sure he can pay for his airplane and fancy house and cars.

Does Dr. Turke write these? Everyone who sees him has the same complaints. Spends no time with his patients. When you ask a question he prints off pages and pages of medical information from websites and tells you to read it. Isn't that why I'm paying you $200 a visit?? He is only in it for the money. He could care less about the patients. The person who answers the phone is also very rude. When you check in for an appointment she acts like you are bothering her. There are so many excellent doctors in watertown I don't know why anyone would waste his time seeing him.

I have been seeing Dr Turke for 18 years. I wouldn't think of seeing another family physician. The time he takes with his patients is monitored by our insurance companies NOT by him. He is an EXCELLENT doctor. His staff is awesome - remembers each patient & they treat me like family. I can't say enough about his PA - Teresa Grimes. She is one of the most compassionate I have ever known.

I wasn't sure if I was being examined by the doctor or a delivery person. Dr. Turke was wearing dirty blue jeans and his shirt was untucked. No white coat or business casual dress. No name tag. Very, very unprofessional appearing. My entire exam was about 30 seconds. He spent way more time talking into his computer than talking to ME who is paying his salary. I was whisked out of his office so fast I didn't have time to ask any questions. I sat in the waiting room waiting for lab and heard him throw his nurse under the bus for making a mistake. Not impressed. Will find a different doctor.

Wow - I was actually amazed at these reviews when I read these. I have been going to Dr. Turke for 17 years. He does not talk down to me - he tells me like it is. He doesn't sit & chat with me. That's not the kind of doctor he is. His PA IS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT & ma,es up for the compassion Dr Turke might be lacking for some people. But U have to remember it isn't Turke that is controlling how much time he spends with U - it's our insurance carriers. He has a schedule to keep too or U will be sitting in that room stewing because U r waiting too long. Doctors are no longer making the $ they used to. Maybe he just needs a smile - all he see is people complaining all day.

Dr. Turke is rude and spends zero time with his patients. He is more worried about what he is charging you for the visit than treating you for your illness. Talks down to you. Zero bed side manner. Very Arrogant and looks down on people who don't have money. Won't go back to him. Staff, on the other hand were super. He should be happy he has them otherwise he wouldn't have any patients.

The staff is very helpful, considerate and polite. I have always been able to get an appointment when I needed one, sometimes even the same day. My questions are always answered quickly and with great detail. The doctors are exceptional and I like that they take you into their office to discuss your exam.They also have lab and x-ray on site so everything I need can be done right there.Dr. Turke and his staff are amazing and I highly recommend them.

Have been going to him for years now. His PA's are great. Dr. Turke goes very fast with listening to breathing/heart, can't believe he even hears anything he goes so fast. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE A RESPIRATORY INFECTION! He is knowledgable and has effectively treated me but has NO personality in terms of bedside manner and will talk down to you or like you are a child at times. Fortunately I have not had any serious illness to this point. Very arrogant. Often have felt like just a number walking through his office. This has seems to have been getting worse over the years. I will leave his practice if his PA Theresa Grimes leaves. She is awesome!! Often times, you will be brought back to an office quickly but will end up sitting there for long periods of time after the nurse sees you.

i am enroled in Dean care - does this mean that Turke clinic doesn't except this?Dr Turke is very knowlegeable fropm seeing my daughter with mental issues and seenign my with fibromyalsia, he sends us to someone with a specialty if necesary
