If you want to go to a doctor that makes you feel like you're on Hee Haw, she's for you. She misdiagnosed my son twice, ending him up in the hospital, and left him in pain for a prolonged period of time as a result. I also had a horrific experience with her, putting my life in danger, ending our association. She was shockingly inappropriate in topics of discussion, veering off to talk about her personal sexual experiences. I regret ever having seen her or taking my young son there. We were her patients for over a year and in that time, had to wait anywhere from an hour to three hours to be seen! In my experience, we were not safe and didn't receive care from someone who proved to be well educated or socially competent.

Ive had a couple issues with the front desk, like not beo g able to ask questions about my bill??? Although i have noticed they jave hired a coup9mew people amd one of them seem very understandimg and positive. I was feeling ill and my moral was low, when i came to the desk to check out she was very knowledgeable about the chart i handed her. She politely explined my bill and even went further to help explain my situation to their billin . Dept. . Even took down all of my concerns in a message for the nurse. Before i left she read her note back to me verbatim! First time a receptionist at any dr.office has went out of their way to help me understand and go as far as asking if there was anything else she could do for me. Thank you dr. LEVI FOR REPAIRIMG YOUR FRONT LINE. They are the first and last impression. Most important in my book

Dr.Levi is a fantastic woman highly educated. The wait time is a tad long on 30 minutes to an hour . Her staff is amazing such compassionate understanding women. I even saw the girl at the front help a patient fill out a new patient packet because he didn't understand. I would recommend this office for sure!

Dr Levi and her Nurse Practitioner Lacy Mills are both excellent care providers. They are COMPASSIONATE, caring, knowledgeable and TRUELY care for their patients. When you are ill they see you or order whatever you need. Dr Levi has been my Dr for over 13 yrs and HIGHLY recommend her. Lacy Mills is a newcomer, however, she is a perfect fit for Dr Levi's office. Barbara at the front desk is wonderful as well. She always get you in and seen when ill. Dr Levi spends all the time her patients need during the visit. However, this means you have a long wait to see her. But I don't mind one bit. I know it's because she is giving each patient her undivided attention and when it's mine turn to see her, she will spend all the time I NEED to fully assess my illness and treat my illness. She has no problem comforting you and spending all the time you need to give you he best care possible. Lacy also shares these values and views. Dr Levi is well educated and up to date on eveything

I was referred to her for bio-identical hormones. When calling for appt. I was initially told, "she doesn't do that". I told the lady a pharmacist referred me to her, I was put on hold for a long time. The lady returned to the phone and said, "oh, ok, I guess she does do that". I waited almost an hour in the waiting room. The doc was very nice, but seemed scatter brained. She told me I was bipolar and prescribed meds that had one side effect listed as "death"...WHAT?! I never got what I went there for.

I wasn't able to see the doctor, but they offered the nurse practitioner, which worked out fine. My only hiccup was waiting for test results. That took a little longer than expected
