Doctor Forman is great - he’s very honest and thorough and has been in the field a long time. His nurses are amazing and we adore them. The main issue we have is the front desk staff. They are rude, hostile and sometimes come off aggressive. No matter what you’re there doing - if it involves the front desk ladies - they will ensure you know you’re a inconvience to them. I’ve been hung up on multiple times when I was just calling to make an appointment. It’s hard knowing I have to walk in the building and immediately deal with them. I dread it.

The Doctors and nurses are FANTASTIC and I hope the front desk ladies go to a class about treating people with basic respect and how you should talk to someone.

I have to laugh at the two negative comments below! My guess is they would'nt be satisfied no matter where they went! I've been going to Dr Foreman for years and never had a single negative experience! Some folks are just crotchety, chronic complainers!

Dr Forman is an excellent doctor. But his staff is extremely unfriendly, rude, and incompetent. We were their patients for a long time. It reached a point where we dreaded going to the doctor because we had to interact with the staff. They are unwilling to extend themselves in any way. When you request any documentation etc. they are not cooperative. Once they made me wait for three hours, because I had a sprained ankle and was in great pain, and they promised to get me in. After three hours of waiting they told me there was no space and I had to come back the next week! On another occasion they were going to charge us cancellation fee because we were 5 mins late. Of course, when you're on time, you have to typically wait 20 mins. He's a good doctor, but would suggest finding someone else. He's too busy, and you wont have to deal with idiots.

I'm truly surprised by some of the positive comments about this beyond-retirement-aged medical provider. During my visit, Foreman was extremely abusive and insulting. He made no attempt to diagnose or even to offer suggestions. It seems clear he is highly insecure about dealing with intelligent female patients as he began to berate me when I discussed a bit of research related to my illness. He actually said I have a "bad brain" for conducting research to better understand treatment options for my condition. Very creepy experience. I have no intention of returning to this practice and would never recommend this medical provider to anyone.
