Staff is friendly and welcoming. Takes a little longer than expected to get into talk to him. He is very focused on problem and takes the time to help you, fully.

Dr Hausler has been my primary physician for over 20 years. I would never think of changing doctors! He, Dr Bennett and Charles provide highly professional care in a setting that doesn't make you feel like a number. If you are lucky enough to have these doctors, hang on for dear life because there is no one like any of these docs out there in the medical community today!

For over 20 years he has been my number one physician and I trust him more than any of my Dr's. When I run into a situation with one of my other Dr's., I know I can always get honest answers and great care from both he and his staff. We have been through a lot together and it is not always the news I want but I can count on him to be honest and help me get through the next ordeal and I plan to live a long time with his help!

From Connie at the front desk to Amy, Colleen, and all the nursing staff, everyone at Dr. Hausler's practice is efficient , polite, courteous and helpful. I have NEVER had anything to complain about EVER. Dr. Hausler takes the time to ask the right questions, to explain everything in a calm, and professional manner, and to put you at ease in any way he can regarding your concerns. There have been many times ( not a complaint, just an observation) that I have had to wait to see him, but I know it is because he is doing for all his patients what he does for me and my family.. taking the time to be a great doctor. It is well worth the wait....

I have been a patient of Dr. Hausler for many years. He is by far the best doctor I have had. He is very knowledgable, and really listens. He takes his time and I have never felt rushed. My children, including my infant, are also patients, and the care they recieve is top notch also. I feel very secure and confident that my family and I are in the best, most capable hands with not only Dr. Hausler, but Charlie Frielander and Dr. Bennet also.

Dr. Hausler MD.is without a doubt the best doctor in the capital district! The office is not your typical doctors office where one can feel like a number. This office is personable and REALY carEs about each patient as I have several relatives and friends that are also patients and share the same feelings I do. Follow up phone calls to see how your doing. He must of hand picked his staff because they're the best of the best. Knowledgable nursing staff and office staff. The office is run so smoothly and professionally. A refined staff is refreshing as I have dealt with other doctors office staff and well let's just say I am astonished at how impolite rude and out of it...no glue. Charles Frielander PA. Knows his stuff as well. Nurses Colleen and Paula are awesome as well as the other nurses. Well trained and CLEAN. Actually wash there hands in-between patients ! I haven't witnessed this in other offices or hospitals. Connie at the front desk is one in a million! Excellent staff!!!!!

Dr Hausler is amazing. He always takes the time to listen to his patients and is very proactive when it comes to their care. My family and I have been going to Dr Hausler for almost 20 years and the only negative is the wait sometimes. But that's a direct result of him taking the time to listen and care for his patients.

Prescribes multiple, simultaneiousstrong psychiatric drugs some of which unfamiliar to doctors at a leading hospital in New York. One to put keep the patient awake, another to put the patient asleep, another to counteract the axiety resulting from the "stay awake". Released his patient for hip replacement surgery without supplying the hospital or surgeon an accurate list of the drugs or dosages. The patient was so drugged up when he arrived that he was disoriented and incoherent two days after surgery. I would expect only a Board certified psychopharmacologist to be able to manage this portfolio of medications, not a osteopath.
