I am day 5, post-surgery, still some black and blue, but the results are far better than expected.

After dealing with a lifetime of GYNO, I decided at the age of 55 to do something about it. I figured it was now or possibly never.

I have always been fit and athletic, but the year prior to surgery, I decided to embark on an aggressive CARDIO program to eliminate what I was hoping was fat in my chest area. A year later, I felt the GYNO was even more noticeable due to the fact the rest of my body was slim, but my chest issues were now more obvious.

I visited 3 known GYNO docs including Dr. Blau. The first two establishments made me feel like I was buying a USED car. Aggressive sales tactics are not something you want to see when "purchasing" a surgery. Both these establishments had scared me away from doing the procedure, until I visited Dr. Blau.

Dr. Blau's team was professional and gave me more of comfort level to move forward. Although there was no "FREE" consultation and I had to pay $250 to see Dr. Blau for a consultation, at least he spent 30 minutes with me and thoroughly explained the procedure and answered my questions without rushing me out. In one prior visit to a GYNO specialist, I met with a 25-year-old salesperson and never even saw the surgeon who would be performing the surgery.

Bottom line, all of the above would be meaningless if the results were not in-line with my expectations. The results, although not finalized, are already life-changing and 100% natural looking. My wife as well as myself were concerned that it would appear as "work was done". I can honestly say that is 100% not the case. My chest is flat, both sides are symmetrical, the muscle that was there can now be seen and my nipple is roughly 40% smaller. All of the above factors are exactly what I had hoped the end result would be.

In closing, save yourself the time and research, because I did it for you already, go see Dr. Blau.

Absolutely amazing! I’ve had gyno for about 12 years and I found Dr Blau several years ago on Instagram and have been following him ever since. I’ve researched numerous doctors and everything I’ve read, Dr. Blau’s name kept coming up all over the place (Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, & numerous medical articles).

I was a bit apprehensive of this surgery but I needed to do something. I’ve been a police officer for 10 years and every year, I’m experiencing more discomfort from the gyno due to wearing my vest for 12 hours a day.
After all my research I decided to go see Dr Blau. When I met with him, he informed me about his background and experiences. He then explained the procedure start to finish including what to expect after. Further, he gave me a copy of his book which went more in-depth about himself, his history and the procedure.

I had the surgery a few weeks later and what a pleasant experience it was dealing with him and his staff. They were comforting and reassuring . Once home, during the week they followed up with me. I had to travel out of state and I thought I was getting an infection. I called the emergency number and that same night Dr Blau called me. He had me send him pictures and he sent a prescription to the local pharmacy. Then again, his office followed up with me.

This Dr Blau truly cares for his patients. I read so many horror stories of people having gyno surgery then requiring a revision. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Blau and his team. I have already referred him to friends and family. This Dr is not cocky, condescending or comes off like he is better than you. Because of Dr Blau, I feel like a different person. I look way better, feel like a different person and am way more confident.

If you are considering this surgery, just go talk to him, you won’t regret it. Anyone involved with policing or the military, take it from a current LEO; Dr Blau will take care of you and your quality of life both home and on the job will completely transform. I am so happy I discovered Dr Blau and chose him as my surgeon. These pictures speak for themselves.

Went in for my gynecomastia surgery July 8. Today I am 5 days out , zero pain meds , no bruising , normal swelling , very happy .

I’m from Texas and could have gotten it down here for $3500, but I refuse to take the chance and I know you get what you pay for . It was worth every penny, because I got what I expected .

The most affordable care is not the cheapest , it’s the one that works the best .

I also did this for reasons besides aesthetics . I found myself chasing my testosterone replacement therapy with anti estrogens and aromatase inhibitors which in the long run compound and become dangerous . So now I will only use them to normalize estrogen , not chase gyno symptoms .

So far very pleased and will keep you posted on continued results .

I had gynecomastia surgery done in 2013 by a plastic surgeon in New York City with quite disappointing results. While the surgeon did make my breasts smaller, he didn’t seem to take into consideration how natural the result would look and the result did not look natural at all. Four years later I decided to look for another surgeon with a more aesthetic sensibility and finer technique to perform a surgery to correct the short comings of the original procedure done in 2013. I searched the internet and found Dr. Mordcai Blau in White Plains, New York (a very easy trip from Grand Central Station in NYC via public transport). He had very good patient reviews, and I was further impressed by the fact that he also gave guest lectures at various medical schools in the area of cosmetic surgery. I have been a nurse for over 20 years, and I was very impressed with Dr. Blau during my initial consultation. He saw immediately what had disappointed me by my original surgery and had clear and exact suggestions about how to correct the disappointing aspects of my surgical result.
It has now been just over three months since I had my corrective surgery with Dr. Blau and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I have also found Dr. Blau and his entire staff to be very supportive and open to answering any questions I have had regarding my procedure and recovery. I only wish I had come to Dr. Blau for my original gynecomastia surgery as I have found his work to be absolutely first rate and his empathic approach to his work extremely reassuring.

Amazing experience! I had my first surgery years ago by a plastic surgeon, they had not specialized in gyno. My results were terrible. i lived with these results for 6 years. It affected my life in many ways. A friend recommended Dr. Blau an i could not be happier. Surgery is done im almost 100% healed. I could not have asked for a better result! Thank You Dr. Blau! Dr. Blau did an amazing job on my chest. Now that I have it done I feel confident about going to the beach without my shirt on. I would highly recommend going to see him if you have gynaecomastia. He truly took the time to answer any questions I had and made me as comfortable as possible.

Can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Blau. I went to Dr Blau after having a gynecomastia and nipple reduction procedure with one of the other “best” NY-based surgeons a few years before. That procedure had gone poorly and the surgeon refused to admit that his procedure hadn’t fixed the issues and in some ways made them worse. In contrast, Dr. Blau was super patient and understanding from the get go, and was able to talk about my specific issues and how they needed to be addressed in ways that the other surgeon hadn’t. Dr. Blau worked with me to get the result I wanted and even did a small follow up procedure for free to make sure I was as happy as possible. I’m very happy I went to Dr. Blau with with the result! Would highly recommend Dr. Blau, don’t make the mistake of going to someone else

I came to Dr. Blau after my getting gyno surgery done elsewhere which actually left me worse off. He was able to schedule me within a couple of weeks of first seeing him and did an amazing job. I struggled with gyno for over 4 years through many medications and a surgery before Dr. Balu was able to help me. This is a very tricky surgery that many doctors cannot do properly. Dr. Blau has the most experience in this field and his results speak for itself. To actually be able to wear any shirt or go to the beach without this insecurity on my mind is such a freedom that I was starting to think would never happen. His staff is outstanding, they are very polite and professional when you call them or they call you and they always have a positive attitude. I highly recommend his services.
