Dr. Cook is a great doctor. She is very patient, compassionate, and thorough. There is no other doctor I'd rather see.

Dr Cook is a very intelligent, kind, compassionate and thorough doctor. I find her very easy to talk to and she genuinely cares about her patients. I have absolutely no complaints! I hope she remains my doctor for the rest of my life.

She is amazing to all of my family. She takes care of myself, my fiance and my baby. She never makes me feel stupid about health concerns and tries to get to the bottom everything especially with my daughter. She is great at sending out referals if she doesnt have the answers.

We loved Dr. Cook. She's one of the perks about the East Coast that we miss! If only Ontario could have a Dr as lovely as her. She was so nice and good at what she did.

Love going to this Clinic! Dr. Cook is wonderful and on time. I can normally get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. She is always patient.

Dr. Cook is extra thorough and she'll even leave the room to look something up or make a call if she needs to and then come back with the information. You never feel rushed and you can speak to her about various health concerns on the same day. Some doctors will only speak to you about "1" item and you need to make another appointment for something else- that is just wrong! She never does this. I like the fact that if your appointment is for 10:00, you get "in" at 10:00 or shortly thereafter - no double/triple booking like so many doctors do. This just keeps the public waiting - our time is just as valuable as theirs. So glad Dr. Cook is not like that. Also, if If you need to get in to see Dr. Cook for an emergency that day, you most normally get in that day. She's smart, considerate, caring, and has no problem referring you to specialists. Staff are friendly and prompt as well. I hope Dr. Cook never leaves the Saint John area - it would be a huge loss - she's wonderful!

Dr. Alana Cook is a wonderful physician and person. We are very blessed to have her as a family doctor. She is very professional but at the same time very compassionate and considerate. Never rushes you and is very concerned on how we are at every appointment. Her staff is very helpful and pleasant. Thank you Dr. Cook, you are the best.

There are no words to describe how wonderful a doctor she is . She has helped my family through the most trying times and always treated us with respect and dignity . I can only hope she knows how much she her work is appreciated.
