Best doctor I’ve ever seen. He listens to me and diagnoses my problems, even the rare ones! He cares!!

Dr Williams is an amazing, caring doctor! I was DX with late stage breast cancer and he and his staff were very helpful! He made sure I was followed up with after chemo and pain was covered along with all medications! I can not suggest this doctor more! He is AMAZING!

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for over 20 years and was extremely happy with him and how I was treated by him. He helped me immensely with several matters that other doctors never addressed. However within the few years his practice has grown so large that he has passed me and many other of his “long time patients” with his PAs which are very nice but not him. The supporting staff is horrible about returning calls or even keeping up with patients records. The last straw which happened recently was I had a test that came out questionable and the PA wanted Dr Williams opinion on what to do. She assured he would call me as soon as he was out of surgery. That happened. After a couple of days of me calling he had a medical assistant call me to tell me his opinion. I asked a few questions which of course she couldn’t answer. I told her I wanted to make an appointment with HIM. She said she would have his personal assistant call me in the morning. That call never happened. I’m finding a new Doctor immediately!

Great staff and the care is top notch. Between general GYN, hormone replacement therapy and dealing with an autoimmune disease I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Rude know it all and he misdiagnosised me and treat me bad because of several reasons never would I ever recommend him and soon more doctors will be available bhrt staff is horrible ----------------------------

I have been with Dr. Williams for over 20 years and recommend him to anyone . He is amazing and always has staff that treat his patients with the same quality of care. I will see no other doctor unless he refers them because I know the standards he has for his patient's care and well being.

When I first started going I was pretty pleased with the experience. However, recently I have considered changing doctors. The customer service is horrible with wait times of over an hour, problems with medication refills, and the inability to follow through with anything they say. Recently I began suspecting the staff was lying to me to convenience themselves. They would say they called in prescriptions when they clearly had not. More recently I was referred to another doctor in the same system to determine if another surgery was needed. That doctor stated I needed an operation and gave a discription of the problem. With a second opinion and review of the test results, it was determined what he said was not the case at all and he had only repeated what Dr Williams office had suggested. This makes me question if they are pushing unnecessary surgeries to increase profits. I will be seeking a second medical opinion before any more surgeries.

I have known Noel for years and really respected his practice. I have changed doctors because his practice seems to have turned into a money pit and this office cannot treat all they have taken on with accuracy and competence. I had complete thyroid failure. A pre-op visit for a knee replacement revealed they could find no T3 or T4
in my body or find my thyroid count. I had also flirted with a myexodema coma. I was referred by Noel to an endocrinologist who would visit his office once a week. When I asked if this doctor would be good for me he responded, "He will be adequate for your needs." I checked with my internist's office later and was told neither Noel or the doctor I was referred to either had ever asked to see my chart. I had almost died and neither Noel or doctor I was referred to ever even knew how truly sick I was.

They cannot keep up with the medication refills. Every time I need my hormone refilled it takes at least a week of me calling and calling. Every person I talk to sounds totally confused. This place treats women like cattle.
