I have been struggling with gynecological issues for years. I had a very bad experience with other gynecologists.
I only met Dr. Ken a little while ago and I am sad that he is retiring. I finally found a good one and now he is leaving. He is better than a five star rating, he is absolutely amazing, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I hope after being treated by Dr. Upton I will not have to see anyone else. His wife Collen is equally awesome, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She made me feel like I was in good hands and I was. What a wonderful couple, I hope they experience many blessings in retirement as they have blessed so many others.

There are almost no words to describe just how kind, respectful, and understanding this lovely man is. One feels listened to and in receipt of responses that are positive and inspiring. Also: great sense of humour! What a bonus for such an intimate circumstance.
I do not want to think about his potential retirement, because I, and so many other lucky women , will be searching in vain for another like him; but there is no other.

His wife, Colleen, is equally professional, humble, and knowledgeable. The other staff are wonderful too. Oddly, I almost look forward to office visits, the emotional environment being so comforting and relaxed. I could go on and on. I have never, ever had such highly competent care. He was meant to be an OB-GYN and should be extremely proud of his service. I love this man.

Ken Upton is a phenomenal doctor. He is knowledgeable as well as compassionate. He has truly been a miracle in my life. I struggled with debilitating chronic pain for over a year, visited 30+ doctors and a few specialists who all devalued my pain. I underwent over a dozen pelvic exams, multiple rounds of antibiotics simply because of the medical systems disinterest in my experience. Ken Upton has prioritized my issues, found many resources for me, outreached to other doctors, and communicated effectively back and forth with me the last few months. I have felt tremendous relief working with this doctor. After 3 months of trialing new methods to diagnose me, I still remain undiagnosed but my pain relief has improved vastly while working with ken. I have a lot of gratitude because he has not only listened but allowed me to return to a normal life. I would heavily recommend this doctor to anyone suffering with undiagnosed chronic pain.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Upton.
I never had the pleasure of being his patient during my pregnancy, but he was on call for my delivery, and without him I would have ended up with a c-section.
His bed side manner, and his knowledge is amazing. He was patient and calm through the entire delivery. He had to use forceps during my delivery, and he was simply amazing.

Wonderful Dr. Kind, considerate, and knows what he is talking about. I was a bit nervous but in the first minute he put me totally at ease. We are very fortunate to have a Dr. of his caliber in our area.

Soft spoken , calm, patient, knowledgable and genuinely cares about his patients. Willing to invest whatever it takes to better his patients. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring these services. OR staff also all amazing, made me feel at ease.
