An offspinner whose cricket career was initially blighted by chronic fatigue syndrome, Mark Craig was a surprise inclusion for New Zealand's Test tour of the West Indies in 2014 when Daniel Vettori and Jeetan Patel were both unavailable. However, he justified that inclusion immediately, taking 8 for 188 in his debut Test, in Jamaica, and spinning New Zealand to only their second Test win in the Caribbean. His figures were the best by a New Zealand bowler on debut, and he became only the third player from the country - after Stephen Fleming and Mathew Sinclair - to win a Man-of-the-Match award on Test debut.

The staff is attentive and helpful in arranging appointments and processing request for rx and information. Usually punctual unless emergency interferes.Dr is very attentive and does not rush the process. His manner is one of concern and interest in what you are telling him. His dx with me has always been very well thought out and accurate. He will refer you to appropiate specialists when the situation warrants a referral.Follows up with your progress.Overall demonstrates a genuine interest in your well being and utilizes his experience and knowledge to your advantage.

Only if there in an emergency have I EVER been kept waiting beyond a reasonable time. The staff is nothing but caring/kind/helpful. He scheduled me for a lumpectomy before I ever heard from the GYN who had ordered the m'gram. I find him very knowledgeable and willing to refer/research anything beyond his expertise and to discuss fully any and all medications prescribed by him or any "specialist". In over 20 yers with him as my PC, I have nothing to complain about him or the staff. His/their compassion and care of my late husband is beyond description. Thank God for healthcare professionals like this.

Dr. Kaplin is a caring and thoughtful person who really seems to know you and your issues. However I do not like the long wait for scheduled appointments about an hour or so. Overall the experiance is really good.

Jay Kaplan is an outstanding doctor who really cares for his patients. Not only is he knowledgeable, caring and understanding he is a great person who genuinely cares for my whole family. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his office.

Dr. Kaplan is kind and thorough, but he is often so busy running around his office, I wonder if he has focused on my problem right when he walks into the exam room. I think he is knowledgable, seems to be up on things. He makes me feel like he is really concerned (and I think he is) about my problems. He tries to give me all the information I need, and I think he usually does, but I often feel rushed getting into his office and being pushed out. I have often waited long periods of time in his waiting room, the longest an hour and a half, for my scheduled appointment, but, he/his staff have also squeezed me in when I had an emergency problem come up, which I really appreciated. His office is very busy, but he just added a new doctor there, which may help. There is one of the receptionist/office people who is often cranky, abrasive and abrupt, and is is sometimes difficult to deal with her. The rest of the staff is competent and friendly.

Always takes time to discuss any problems or questions I have..researches syndromes and complaints for follow up care...makes appropriate referrals..is thorough and cautious to be sure i understand all that i need to..is hands-on in addressing my health and well being. Can be called on any time to address concerns, treats me and my family as though we were close friends..i would and do trust him with my life and the lives of my spouse and son.
