Dr. Mueller took the time to get to know my complex medical history. She's very thorough, knowledgeable, upfront and honest. I'm grateful she was willing to take me on as a patient and help me navigate and treat my many health issues.

Such a great GP. She’s real with you, treats you like a person but also professional. She truly cares about her patients. Has called me after an appointment when she had a second thought about something and wanted to discuss it with me. She treats both myself and my child and I could not be more happy to have her as our health care provider. She’s always on time, even when she’s busy. Staff are improving.. not that great at acknowledging you and their phone etiquette needs some work but staff have improved significantly over the last year. The only thing that irks me is the phone system (I know this isn’t a reflection of her but worth mentioning) there’s no option to leave a message and can be impossible to get through. On the plus side, you can now book appointments with her online. Overall, a fantastic doctor and I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mueller since she began her practice in Welland. She is exceptional. Takes the time to listen and answer questions. I have no problem with a Resident being present and I am always asked if it is okay. Staff is always helpful and pleasant,
