Dr. Carle is always pleasant, caring, and never rushed. His appointments run on time and his staff are top-notch. I feel fortunate to have him as my family doctor.

Very patient and understanding. Genuinly wants to help you find answers to your health issues. Most importantly Dr Carle admits when he dosnt know something and will refer you to a specialist in that field. So happy to have him ad my Doctor.

Very nice staff. Dr. Carle is punctual, kind, listens intently, is non-judgemental, knowledgeable, and has great bedside manner. He refers out for 2nd opinions and takes no issue with me seeing a naturopath or any other medical professional. Dr. Carle is wonderful and I hope practices here for his entire career. :)

Dr. Carle is great! He is my sons doctor. Being a first time mom, I have a million and one questions. He takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and answers each questions thoroughly. If he is not sure of the answer he suggests a referral to a pediatrician.

I have been a patient of Dr Carle since he started at the clinic. I have found him to be very knowledgeable, caring, and punctual. His bedside manner is impeccable. Four years ago I moved from Welland to Toronto and I have been travelling two or three times a year to keep my appointments because I did not think I could find a family doctor as good as he is. I have now reached a stage in my life where the Welland run has become a little overwhelming and I have to find a family doctor in Toronto. I am going to miss Dr Carle and the very efficient clinic staff, especially Julie. Unfortunately, I am going to measure my next doctor against Dr Carle.

Dr. Carle is great. Not only does he have great bedside manner, but he doesn't rush and actually listens to your concerns. He is caring, his staff is good and he's pretty much on time which doesn't happen with other doctors.
