Dr. Ilano has some of the worst bedside manner i have ever seen. Extremely unfriendly and cold, after my appointment I was left in tears. He did not ask me if I was taking any medications causing an interaction between what he prescribed and something another physician prescribed. Took absolutely no time to get to know me.

Dr. Illano prescribed me clonazepam for several years. I became addicted and when I asked him to help me slowly get off it, he said no. I explained I cannot work and may lose my job. His response was that at least I will not be addicted. He showed no interest in helping me with withdrawal.
