This man should not be allowed to practice medicine. He nearly killed my once highly educated athletic mom of two. My sister was referred to Kuttner after a traumatic move; she was isolated and he proceeded to over prescribe dangerous controlled depressants for her depression! My sister wanted to live despite being turned into someone I did not recognize. She had everything to live for and this doctor referred you to ECT! She never tried to harm herself, she was depressed from his drugs. She has permanent brain damage and is suffering a severe case of PTSD from the psychiatric abuse inflicted upon her. If she doesn't survive, it is because the psychiatric injuries inflicted upon her by this man were too much to bare. This man needs to lose his license!
