Not only did I see this doctor, but I used to work with him, so I got to see how he treated others, not just me. I find him to be kind, considerate, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

My experience of Dr. Rich was horrible. He never looked at me, ignored my concerns and prescribed additional medicines when I told him I wanted to take fewer medicines. He also was an hour late for our appointment.

My daughter was struggling to make grade level. School testing indicated she was highly distractibke and behind socially and academically. After a year with dr. Rich, she’s gained a year developmentally and has defied the odds. So very grateful. As for my daughter, she loves him. I catch her playing “I’m Dr. Rich” with her dolls.

Dr. Rich is kind, compassionate, and clinically excellenent. I needed to have my thyroid removed and had no idea how much it's removal and the subsequent medication that I now have to take daily to replace the thyroid hormone would affect my mental health. Dr. Rich has helped me through a very difficult time. He also helped me find an excellent endocrinologist.

I only saw him once. I moved to Reno and needed to find a new doctor. He was not helpful and I was VERY unimpressed. I was very upset at our meeting and he did not even ask me what the matter was. He should stick to writing articles, etc and stop treating patients.
