Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Palermo goes above and beyond. Very honest and forthright. Doesn't do the typical DOCTOR SONG AND DANCE. We have never received care this great. My husband is now out of pain after 8 years of trying to find an effective pain treatment. I wish we could find a doctor like Dr. Palermo in our new state of GA, and have considered flying back to FL just for Dr. Palermo's management of my husband's care. His office staff is awesome too!
