Tracey is always very helpful. Dr. Shore is very personable and very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or that I am imposing. I am happy to have this family doctor.

Have had bad experience with him being condinsending. He doesn't belieave a person might know what's wrong with their own body even after years of doctors telling you the problem. Many times I had to go in for same problem and he would say oh no can't be and then me telling him to read his file notes that he got from the specialist then he will do what I asked for. He was not good with my ADHD tennager and I had to be very angry to get him to help her even after he diagnosed depression he was useless. Too arrogant!

The staff are wonderful, he is always on time and I never feel rushed. I never leave feeling that I haven't gotten gotten an action plan or solution to what I went in for. Even if it's a referral.... it's steps towards a solution.

My wife and I both see Dr. Shore, I have been seeing him for over a year, and my wife has been seeing him for about half that time. He has helped me through a very trying year in which I required 3 surgeries. He has shown a very caring attitude toward both me and my wife, and has been quick to get me to see specialists when required. During his office visits, he always takes his time to be thorough and to listen to my concerns. His receptionist, Tracy, is a gem. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Shore as my Family physician.
