I was referred to Dr Riddell at Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston. I was nervous as I’ve had negative experiences with other doctors that have left me wary of seeing doctors (other issues) but from the very moment he called my name, he made me feel at ease using humor and listened well. I even mentioned a potential treatment that he was unfamiliar with and he eagerly said he is going to do research...rather than disregarding something he is unaware of 🙃 additionally, he was on time and let me ask any questions I had.

One of the kindest Doctors I have met. He puts you at ease no matter your age!..which was nice at 76.
I would recommend him to people of all ages. 6 minute wait, that was it! What a doctor.

Nicest doctor I ever been too. A bit of wait, but nothing unexpected plus he doesn't rush you at all when you're in which increases others wait time. Fantastic

Dr Riddell is awesome ! He helped me cure my vertigo (BBVP) after visits to other doctors and physiotherapists made it worse. I feel a million times better and am so thankful :) Hopefully I never have it again but if it comes back I know exactly what to do. Call Dr Riddell !

Very very nice doctor. A bit of wait but nothing extensive or unusual for a specialist and worth it. Also, doesn't rush you so probably contributes to wait.

Dr Ridell is a great doctor. He did my son ear surgery. I was very pleased and highly recommend him. He is also very thorough and cares about his patients well being.

I brought my mother to see him after a fall, he was very thorough and helpful. We will be back and would highly recommend him.
His front office assistant was very polite and handled the massive amount of calls with grace and ease.
