Dr. Riddell was wonderful. He made my daughter feel calm and she didn't get stressed at the appointment at all. Great personality too. Very friendly.

Been seeing him for Vertigo and always been so help full . His Bed side manors are outstanding and makes you feel like your not even seeing a Dr .. all around the Best..

I've only recently heard that his credentials may not be the best, but what I CAN say is that Dr. Riddell saved my life TWICE. I had a complication from a cauterization of a vein that kept bleeding. It took over 4 hours to stop the bleeding and he calmly figured out where the problem was and the next day did lazer surgery to burn the area that was causing the bleeding. Unfortunately, the next year, I fell down a flight of stairs and broke my nose badly. This too caused massive amounts of bleeding and more surgery. Both times, he was patient, kind, funny (which was badly needed as I was freaking out) and calmly went about what needed to be done. I have known 2 other ladies in this town who've used him more than once and we all agree he's great.

we have been twice, once was in emerg he was to refer to specialist. It didnt happen, we went back as ear trouble persisted, suction was used and drops. we were told again that we would be refered to specialist. after calling his office several times we were told weeks later that the fax was sent to the surgeon, we have not received an appointment to see the surgeon yet. we will keep calling until we do. follow up on patients appointments rating would be nil.

No clue.. always in a rush. Botched my son's removal of adenoids. They grew back, now he has to get them out again. Said he had large tonsils but did not remove them when he was under. Found out they are actually normal in size. Parents be warned, get a second opinion and find another surgeon.

Funny considering this is suppose to be our ENT for Orangeville and he didn't pass his exams to be a registered ENT.... I've heard story after story of botched work from Dr. Riddell which is why we ultimately took our son to New Market for his surgery instead based on Dr. Riddell's reputation and lack of credentials.

what can i say about dr riddell , well first off he is one of the best doctors iv been to. Dr riddell is now my regualar ear nose and throat doctor he had recently performed surgery on my nose because i could not breath ( the surgery went great)He had spent time with me on any questions i had and told me the reality of the surgery and answered all my questions. although he is relativly busy when its your turn to go in he gives you all of his attention and really cares about what your concerns and questions are.The last time i was there i had gone to ask him about getting rhinoplasty done, i wanted his opinion, recomendation, and information on the procedure. He was excelent and had spent over 30 minuts dicuessing it and going over any possible questions i had, and said if i was still unsure of anything or had any questions after my consultation with the other doctors to call him and he's be happy to answer them. I'm very happy he is my doctor :)!
