This was my second IUD, and it was a painless removal and painless IUD insertion! I didn’t even have cramps afterwards! He’s very kind and good at what he does, and him and his staff work well together. I seriously couldn’t recommend him enough!

Went to see him for my second IUD insertion. I had my first one done at a different clinic, and although it wasn't terrible, it was quite painful.
Dr. Benoit used freezing, which made the whole procedure so much more tolerable. He has a great sense of humour and made the whole process a lot more comfortable than my first IUD was.

I was terrified going in for my first appointment, but there was no need to be. All of Dr. Benoit's staff are friendly, kind, and professional, and the doctor himself was amazing. I was put at ease immediately and ended up actually laughing during the procedure because he and the nurse were so personable and funny. Dr. Benoit followed up by phone as soon as he got my results, and the team was on top of booking my next appointment, where I had another great experience. Overall I felt confident in the level of care each team member took with my health and cannot recommend Dr. Benoit enough.

Although it takes a while to get an appointment for non-emergency, I can totally understand why Dr. Benoit is in hot demand! I am a new patient and I really like his style. My first appointment was an intake phone call with him and he was terrific over the phone. He asked me to tell him everything I think he should know about my gyno health and history, which I did, and then took his time to ask me questions too. It was about a 30 minute phone call, which seemed so above and beyond the typical doctors appointment. Then, my in-person appointment was also a great experience - on-time and not rushed at all. I had a full pelvic exam and Dr. Benoit had excellent bedside manner, very reassuring while he communicated what he was doing every step of the way including showing me on the screen what he was seeing with the camera scope (very cool to see my own fallopian tube!). He even chatted a little bit about his early career, which was interesting and a nice distraction. My next in-person appointment to have my BC implanted went just as well. He is clearly very intelligent and takes pride in his work and providing terrific patient care. I feel like I really got lucky to have been referred to Dr. Benoit, he is everything you want in a health care provider. And, I would be remiss not to mention the staff also. From the person who answers the phone to the assistant in the exam room, they have been friendly, professional, relaxed, and kind. This team is the full package!

Dr. Benoit called me after hours, on his own time, to let me know I have a 14 cm ovarian mass. He was kind, with calming and gentle humour that I really appreciated. Excellent "bedside" manner and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him.

I went in for a procedure and Doctor Benoit was wonderful ! I’m picky ....a nurse ..so bedside manner is huge to me . He is wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. He kept me comfortable and checked in with me frequently. Highly recommend him to anyone who asks my opinion!
