I saw her as a child but she moved across the city and is now in a location that I can see her again. So grateful to have switched! She has the latest technology and I learned so much about my eye health through her that I didn't learn in my previous clinic. Seriously, she has testing machines that are not in other clinics and really should be. She is a super smart lady and I'm very happy for her that she has her own clinic now. Very happy with my experience!

My daughter recommended Dr. Ash after my optometrist retired, and I am totally happy with the care I have received, especially after developing some new problems that required immediate attention. The staff are great, and Dr. Ash is professional and engaging.

First visit to this office upon referral from my Opthamologist. From the first contact when Dr Ash’s office called to set up my appointment, the appointment reminder call and going to this office - well- I can only say this was one of the warmest, kindest, informative and thorough eye examinations I’ve ever had. The technician Joyce went beyond her role with her helpful info, the other staff were just as great- honest, sincere and everyone smiled. A very welcoming office. Thanks to Dr Ash for her advice, explanations, time, and help. I would never hesitate referring anyone to his up-to-date office where they do care and take the time to explain. Dr. Ash is an excellent doctor: very knowledgeable and true concern for her patients. Her new clinic is clean and technologically advanced. Her product lines are exceptional. Her staff were extremely helpful. I would recommend Dr. Ash to absolutely everyone - and I do!

I am so glad I found Dr. Ash at her new clinic at 97th Street and 167 Avenue. All of the staff were friendly and so helpful. The eye exam that I received was extremely thorough.

I had a really awesome experience at Dr. Ash's new clinic. All I can say is, "wow" - and that's a rare thing for me to do. Have an exam at her new clinic and you just know you're in good hands. The exam is probably the most thorough one I've ever had and the staff are just great. I can't wait for my new glasses to arrive! I would definitely recommend Dr. Ash and her new clinic in north Edmonton.

Jennifer Ash is knowledgeable but I moved to different optometrist as she insists to buy glasses there, which are very highly over priced.

I visited Dr. Ash today for the first time. She saw me at the time I was scheduled to see her (which is not always the case with doctors). She was polite, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. She made pleasant conversation during the visit. The best part was, unlike many doctors, she didn't make me feel rushed. She explained things very clearly, and was patient with me when I had questions. My prescription was very minor, and she told me that I should only get glasses if I feel I need/want them. I appreciated this because I didn't feel like she was pushing a cost on me that I don't need. Overall, a great experience, and I will definitely be returning to her as my regular optometrist.
