I have never reached out to rate a doctor before...im normally terrified of them because of my health anxieties. I was recently in the hospital facing my worst nightmare of a possible surgery to treat a rectal issue. Im a full grown man in my early 30's. I can't explain my level of terror and pain. But when this man walked into the room, I nearly cried tears of joy. His energy, his presence, his reassurance, his gentle mind and bed side manor...I love him. Truly have no othet way to describe it. I was in the hospital for hours before meeting him and thats not his fault, but he is truly making a difference in that emergency room. As much as I wish he had his own practice I could be a patient of, that's a selfish thought. Emergency rooms need Doctors like him and I hope the job doesnt eat away an ounce of anything he brings to the table. I dont know if doctors read these...they probably dont...but Doc....I love you. You saved me and I will never forget it.

Dr Rafi Setrak was remarkable at diagnosing and treating my mother in emerg. He is obviously extremely knowledgable, quick, attentive, personable and so understanding and patient. I do not know how he can do everything so meticulously while remaining funny, precise and alert. I am so grateful for the care my mother got from this brilliant emerg expert!

Excellent Family physician. Had him as my family doctor at Shamrock Medical Clinic in Ferryland Newfoundland and Labrador. Felt terrible when he had to move away from this province.
