I honestly hope I never see this Dr Charles A. Ternent again. I waited in pain, in the emergency room at Alegent - Creighton Lakeside Hospital for over 6 hours. The nurses called him and he said it would be 3 hours because he was making the rounds to other hospitals. I was made to wait with only one pain shot and some lidocaine cream that did nothing for the pain, I was checked on about every hour or two by the nurses, and nothing else for over 6 hours. When he finally arrived after 6 hours, he was irritable and when I said I thought this treatment was very poor, He said nothing of making rounds, but said he was in surgery for the last 6 hours (contradictory statement to what the nurses made). He told me to leave if I wanted and deal with it my self, or to get on the table and let him check me. Then all he did was check me and tell me to take a prescription for the lidocaine cream the nurses had used on me. All of this could have been accomplished by taking a photo and sending it to him in the first place. I am sure there will be a hefty bill associated with this treatment for nothing. I would not recommend Dr. Charles A. Ternent to anyone.
