I have waited well over an hour in the waiting room. If you are sick and need immediate attention, you will either have to go to an urgent care or see one of their physician assistants. Despite having your information in the computer and updating it every time you go there, they still have it wrong. Dr. Fusella is too focused on the computer and does not look at the patient when conversing. Also, he tends to not always hear/remember what you are telling him because he is overworked. There seems to be medical students wanting to sit in on your visit and the doctor is focused on mentoring.

Dr. Fusella is VERY thorough, patient, listens well, follows up as promised, and never hesitates to refer you to a specialist if needed. A++++++

I agree Dr Fusella is a great doc, but his buses are terrible. Front desk staff is great. I guess its hard to find good nurses.

Dr. Fusella has always been extremely caring and has never rushed through a visit with me. He is very thorough and 100% concerned with the patient's needs. He is a very wise and friendly doctor. However, his nurses are awful. They rarely, if ever, answer the phones and you might have to call and leave a dozen voicemails before they call you back. They are often rude, too. If you are willing to put up with their nonsense, then I would definitely choose Dr. Fusella as your doctor.
