I have seen Dr. Navarro for more years than I can remember. I'm not, in general, a fan of doctors so I only go when absolutely necessary. He always remembers conversations we had the last time and if only remembers because of notes he took, I don't care. He took the time. I always feel I am his only patient, his only concern. I had a rheumatologist who was cold, abrupt & rude to me. I went back to him & told him I didn't want to go back to her. He explained all of the things she should have explained, but also said she's brilliant and a great resource and he convinced me to stay with her. I really like him. Please note, however, I will not ever see his PAs again. They do not have the knowledge he does and twice have delayed my healing by weeks because of their mistakes.

Very unprofessional. Made me very uncomfortable. He did not seem to be listening to me. Will not return.

After being examined by Dr Navarro, he determined that I should come back to get a mole removed.(which I pointed out, he didn't notice it) I made an appointment, came back two weeks later, and no one at the office knew what I was talking about regarding any procedure. After a long discussion amongst themselves, they then told me I had to go to St Peters Hospital to have it removed. A few days later a secretary from St Peters called me and told me that I had been refferred to them by Dr Navarro, though they had no idea why and were confused. I had to explain to them, as best I could, what I had and what I needed done. Maybe I just had a rare bad experience, but I thought it was an extremely poorly run establishment.

Dr. Navarro has been my doctor for over 5 years and I trust him with my life. He is genuine, caring, and makes every effort to make sure you get the help you need to feel better. I have had many medical problems and he has been wonderful through all of them, given me the attention I needed, and followed up as much as he could. I can't ask for a better doctor.

When Dr. Navarro started his practice in Rotterdam he was thorough and concerned. Know he can care less, he just goes through the motions. It's a shame.

Doctor does not seem to follow through with symptoms. Had a problem with back and neck, felt like something was crawling under my skin. He ignored me. Went to a specialist and they did an mri and found a c6- c7 disc herniation as well as a blood clot on my c4 vert. Does take time to talk, is on time, does have a nice personality. Just not very perfessional.

Brian Navarro is a fantastic doctor to talk to, he is patient, listens very well, never acts like he is in a hurry, and makes every visit as pleasent as possible (hey, I don't like going to the doctor in general, but he makes it more bearable at least). Everytime I have seen him he has clearly explained the next steps that he wants to take, the issues involved in figuring out a problem, and some of the potential treatements. He practices as part of the CapitalCare Medical Group at the Guilderland office. Most of my waits have been fewer then 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Highly recommended.
