I am very upset that Dr Eaton provided a cancer diagnosis to my wife over the phone before a long holiday weekend. My wife received this devastating news sitting at her desk at work with no chance to see the doctor for additional information for at least 4 days. It is extremely insensitive to drop and run a diagnosis like this over the phone without even the offer of a follow up office visit, just that you should hear from the surgeon or oncologist sometime next week. Very disappointed and we will be looking for a doctor that has some compassion.

I liked Dr Eaton. her hours now conflict with mine so I can no longer see her and I'm not thrilled with the other doc in her office I've been seeing. It took me a bit to become comfortable with Dr Eaten, she wasn't the immediate warm and fuzzy type, but I really grew to like her after a few visits.
