He gives you pills to keep you sick. He neglected to advise Statins cause diabetes & tramadol is for short term 6 mos usage NOT 6 years as it will cause kidney, endocrine & thyroid damage.

He retired as of December 31. 2022 and left me hanging with no meds and no follow up to recomed another Doctor. I hear many of his patients are hurting and very upset 😡

Dr Hubsher himself is a genuinely caring Doctor who is looking out for your welfare but I had to obtain a different Primary because I felt his Port Richey staff were very incompetent. I made several calls to the office and wouldn't get a call back or had to call 3 -4 times to get a script filled. Last straw was when I had a bad cough and wanted to get an x-ray. I called and waited for them to get back to me which never occurred until 2 1/2 weeks when they phoned and wanted to know if I went for the x-ray which I advised that I wasn't aware because they did not inform me.

The only member of the staff at there offices is Mary. The turnover rate of assistants is Crazy! Every visit there is a new CNA checking you in to the room! Another issue I have is the DEMAND FOR CASH! I am sure what is going on is,illegal considering my health insurance is accepted by doc, because he treats me for pain they WILL NOT FILE INSURANCE AND DEMAND $170 CASH MONTHLY! and when I say cash, I mean cash ONLY, no debit or credit etc, NO PAPER TRAIL! The receptionist takes your cash and puts it directly into a white envelope with the other stacks of cash feom other parients who are getting scammed. The worst part is that it is impossible to find a pain mgmt doc that takes insurance and is any good so all of us that pay the now $170 suffer! Totally unfair! The doctor makes enough $ from insurances and would still make $ from my insurance, but Greed jas taken over for appropriate healthcare. Doctors do not have ethics anymore. Not to mention last few times I was there the girl checking me in had some MAJOR TRACK MARKS ALL OVER HER FOREARMS AND HANDS!!! what kind of show is being run here?? It makes people like me with legitimate issues look like drug seaking junkies! SAD!

The office staff is extremely rude (Mary) lies to you, your insurance company & other physicians that contact Dr. Hubsher on your behalf. They refuse to follow the insurance company's (which he is a partial owner of) procedures. I have been trying since 1/2017 to get medically necessary insulin pump supplies and as of today 3/20/2017 they still have not submitted the required documentation and have refused over & over to do the documentation. They could care less about you & your medical need

This is my elderly mother's doctor. He was awful to her. She had a fall after losing consciousness and is now having neurological symptoms. He was impatient with her difficulty to articulate. He was mocking her and condescending. He refused to refer her to the larger hospital that the local hospitalist who actually treated her recommended. He cited his contractual obligation to the insurance company as the reason not to provide the care she requested. His office was dirty and smelled like stale cigarettes. His lab coat was dirty and yellow. And to top it all off, he did not file the referral that he did give us with the insurance company, so it was useless. I would not take my dog back into his filthy office. Terrible doctor, terrible bedside manner.

Thinks he is God, does not listen to input concerning your own body ! if he spends 10 minutes with you your lucky. staff changed but for the better.
