I had hands-down the best experience! He was kind, he was empathetic, knowledgable and treated me like I was a human being not just a patient complaining. He went the extra mile and even though I was not able to be treated today he gave me hope and made me feel better in that moment then I have in a year!

One-of-a- kind, truly compassionate and understanding. He sat down beside me to discuss his findings and recommendations, clearly explaining his medical opinion. There should be a training video that showcases his technique and distributed to medical professionals that may be in need of improving their approach.

I visited recently after my asthma flared up from having the flu. I didn't wait long until he came and sat beside me and explained everything that was happening. He answered my questions and concerns with humour and knowledge. I felt very comfortable talking to him. He explained my possible treatment options(in non medical terms) and then told me what pharmacies were still open. Thank you for calming my fears! And for your excellent bedside manner.

The second pod I was taken to is where I rated the staff, Excellent.I have never had a doctor in the hospital with such a wonderful bed side manner and where they explained everything they were doing, He was unbelievable.
