This doc is a professional, with compassion and a genuine concern for her patients.She is also busy and some sometimes you wait a bit. She is always ready to listen and if she does not have the answers she sets about finding a doc who does.Well done Doc Dawson, you could give lessons to many other Docs who dont give patients any time or interest.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dawson's for about 12 years. She provides excellent care for both me and my two children (both of whom she delivered). She is attentive, caring and very personable. I wouldn't switch doctors for anything!

Dr Dawson was on call when I was in labor, had some complications and she was by my side the hole labor and delivered my son. She was calm which kept me calm and I would not have been able to go through all that without her. She is amazing and I would recommend her to all pregnant women!

Wonderful Doctor. I went in to the hospital in early labor and was not progressing. She felt I was tired and stressed and would be back in active labor in the next couple days. She gave me meds to help me sleep that night which was a blessing as early the next morning I was in labor and progressing. 14 hours of back labor later she delivered my daughter. She took excellent care of myself with my bloodloss due to severe tearing and immediately had my premature daughter assessed and taken into the fantastic care at the ICN. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is pregnant.

Dr. Dawson is a caring individual who comes into the room ready to serve. She is interested in everything I have to say about my health and my family and often asks about my daughter who has been a patient of hers but has moved to Ottawa. She also is interested in my family life and my job and wants to know how all is going for me. I recommended her to someone else, but she is not taking any more patients - go figure :)
