I did not have to wait to sign in. Staff was pleasant and eager to serve. I did not have to wait long be seeing the doctor.

The facility was clean and the seating was excellent. The receptionists always smile and greet you by name if they know you and tell you they are glad to see you. It is so important to be thought about and heart warming to be remembered. When you meet them in neighborhood stores, they greet you and ask how are you progressing and wish you well. I love my doctor. She listens and does not rush me and asks if I have any more questions. This is important to me because I am a senior citizen and I do not want to feel like I am going through an assembly line. The nurses are caring and always professional. I am always treated with respect.

I liked Dr. Griffin very much. I’ve had male doctors during my lifetime and it was nice to have a woman’s perspective on my health. I would very much like to be treated by her and her staff in the future.
