Although he has an extended wait time, he is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. He embodies the doctors of old that took a personal interest in their patients. He is very knowledgeable.

We love Dr Franco. My husband and I have been going to him since his early days in Family Practice. He is truly caring and, as another person wrote, he will call you at home some times when he checks his lab returns after business hours and he will return your calls. He listens to what you are saying and will act immediately to any of your health complaints. Reviews about his terrible staff, I noticed were written in 2017 and that is definitely when he did have a rude staff. They were really bad. I told him a few times that his staff needed to go and I believe that he did take note when I gave him details. The staff he has now is really doing a good job. Sorry to hear a complaint on Tina. I have always found her to be very helpful, returns calls and is never short with us. When I leave a message for her, I can depend on her doing what I have requested. You may have a long wait sometimes but when he walks into your exam room, any frustrations you might have been feeling, immediately go away. I think he is the only doctor left that sees his patients when they are admitted to the hospital and I just don't see how he does it all. Wait time to see him would be much less if he didn't still see his patients that are in the hospital. But.........if I ever get admitted, I would be in better hands than the hospitalists that I would get. Just hope he doesn't retire before I die.

Waiting room time has been over 6 hrs for almost every visit....unacceptable!

Dr. Franco is knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. He gives the best possible care to his patients. He gives patients his undivided attention, calls after hours to answer questions, visits his patients in the hospital, makes referrals to specialists promptly . His staff is cordial and quickly return calls. Dr. Franco has a sedulous, loyal staff who is always helpful( especially Tina Dr. Franco's nurse-).

Dr. Franco is a wonderful doctor, he cares for his patients and if he can not find out what is wrong he will send you to someone he thinks can. He listens and does not ever make you feel he is in a hurry. When you are in the hospital he makes a point to come see you not just one time a day but most of the time 2 times. Even if you are in the hospital admitted by another doctor he will stick his head in just to let you know he cares. I truly don't know how he does it all. He is a truly dedicated doctor and you don't find many like that anymore. Most days you have to wait to see him but you don't hear many complaints because you know it might be you in the hospital one day and you would not want him to be in a rush and he won't be. He also has a very good staff!
