I am a current patient of Dr. Brown and find her facility to be very professional. She cares about her patients and have helped me tremendously with my weight loss.

Over the two years I have utilized Dr. Brown, she has consistently had staff turnover. However, recently her staff is stable. Recently, Dr. Brown left the office to run a personal errand which last over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to leave the office due to another appointment and did not receive any medical attention. I found this to be poor judgment for a physician to do when a patient was waiting on service. Dr. Brown's response to me was that she always go by her schedule and I inquired that most physicians go by schedule but also follow-up with a Lead Nurse or other staff to check on their schedule. She left me questioning her oversight on my health considering she chose to leave to run a personal errand.

I went to Dr. Brown in November 2008 for weight mgmt. I found her to be both knowledgible and professional. Her front desk staff continue to be a downfall. From the other reviews posted this is a continued problem.

Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and professional. She provided assistace to help me to heal my adrenals. Dr. Brown answered my questions and provided helpful feedback and recommendations to lose weight, gain energy, de-stress, and get back to a wonderful funfilled life. She is awesome. My insurance does not cover my visits to her office currently, but for the type of service and expertise she provides it's absolutely priceless. She is a wonderful doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Brown before she closed her general practice because she is now exclusively a Bariatric doctor. She is super professional and very knowledgeable. She handles her patients with dignity and respect. Her front office staff however are in need of professonal development. They do not represent the quality doctor that Dr. Brown is and it is my hope that in her new practice, she insure that front office represents the high caliber doctor that she is.

I was a patient of Dr. Brown, however, I had to leave her practice due to the ineptness of her staff. Great physician, but her office staff leave a lot to be desired.

Dr. Brown told me that I had malignancies in both breasts, and was wrong. I was quite stressed for no reason. I also have had 2 appointments with Dr. Brown recently due to health concerns and both times saw a PA without being informed that Dr. Brown was unavailable. I have been a patient for over 5 years. I am switching doctors due to her poor communication. I have called the nurse line several times and have not had a phone call returned. This is unacceptable to me. I am disappointed with the ineffective service and concern.

Dr. Brown runs a solid office of kind, open professionals. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a very relaxed manner, which makes it much easier to bring up issues in conversation. I've been seeing her for 5 years now and do not plan on changing physicians, even if my insurance will not cover it. She's that good.
