My father comes to see Dr. Dharamshi and his average wait time is 3 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT.
I accompanied my father on one of his appointments. We waited 3 hours. I complained to the office staff 4 times of the lengthy wait. They acted like this is normal. This is NOT normal.

The staff are very rude and dismissive. They aren’t helpful and get irritated if you ask how much longer is the wait when you’ve waited 2hours sometimes or longer to see the doctor even if you have an appointment. He feels he knows your problems better than you and doesn’t like to be asked questions. Very dismissive and can be quite abrupt. He’s happy if you’re on his roster without coming in to see him but don’t go if you’ve got any actual medical issue as he doesn’t care.

Dr. Dharamshi is an amazing doctor. He is very knowledgeable and spends adequate time with each patient to ensure that they are satisfied. Note that wait times can exceed an hour and sometimes up to 2 hours.

The wait time is worth it. Just be patient. Truly one of the best, top class. I will travel 650kms to see him and not want to change to a local doctor. Your health is important to him, he cares about you, not the fee he collects. He will know what is wrong with you and provide the right solution and know the correct direction to look.
