One of the best doctors we have ever had. Very experienced, really care about his patients; thoughtful and patient.

I have had a couple issues with Dr. Chao. First I tried to use his services for an adjustment. He lists chiropractic services as one of his skills. He couln't help me because his hands hurt. I was not allowed to go to a chiropractor untill he saw me first and he couldn't even help me? I found his staff to be a little short with me and borderline rude. I have had to wait for long periods when I had an appointment. My wife ended up walking out 50 minutes after her scheduled appointment because Dr. Chao was still not around and all the staff kept saying was he will be in soon. There was no emergency or anyone there that needed immediate help and she had to go work. This family doctor is just not that professional.

Dr. Chao is an awesome doctor. Always takes time explaning everything to you.
