I especially appreciated the time Dr Nalagan took to work through my concerns and look into potential challenges. I plan to stick with him.

Dr. Nalagan took time to listen to me and had a good plan on addressing my problems. He's very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that their staff is not very friendly and that they seem to move slow. Other than that, I was happy with my visit and will definitely recommend this doctor.

We had wait for more than half hour to see the doctor. The appintment for anually physical examination, but they charged for wrong code, so the insurance refused to cover. We went to the doctor's office and asked them to correct the code. They refused to change. The nurse told us the insurance will not cover anything. We made a call to our insurance in front of her and were told the insurance cover anaually exam, but the nurse refused to talk the lady on phone and she just hung up.She was so rude. Now they sent bill that we have to pay full. This is unfair.
