What a horrible visit.

I came for a year-round nasal congestion, with no alergies other than pollen (I did test fairly recently again to confirm no other alergies). As soon as I mentioned alergies, he immediately dismissed my problem, and point blank told me "why are you looking for other explanations". I had to insist on the fact that pollen couldn't be responsible for nasal congestion and mucus accumulation in JANUARY AND FEBRUARY!

Only after this did he accept prescribing a scan to look into other possibilities, and also prescribed yet another allergy nasal spray, even though I mentioned that the previous 8 different ones didn't do anything.

Horrible doctor with no empathy, not courteous and fairly rude throughout the visit when I began advocating for my symptoms.

Only good thing about this experience was the receptionist, who was smiling and polite. Although, it could be good (knowing that we are in Québec) not to automatically greet patients in Arabic !

Wonerful experience. Got tubes done for my daugther, it was quick, he was gentle and made jokes with my baby ❤️

If I could rate him 0 stars I would.
My daughter and I are still traumatized by our visit many years ago. Doctor was impatient and rude with my 1.5 yr old daughter, got irritable because she was crying when he made her bleed and hurt her. He yelled at me to restrain her tighter so she wouldn’t move, which scared her and made her cry even more. He was rough and if I didn’t know better I would think he was TRYING to hurt her.
He was so mean and scary, nothing like his smiling profile photo.
I would not recommend this doctor and would never go back if my life depended on it.
Thankfully I found another ENT who is the knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient and really cares about his patients. We have been seeing the other ENT for a few years and we have nothing but respect for him.

Dr.Manoukian is an excellent ENT specialist. He is renowned worldwide and after being a patient treating myself and family he is number one. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable in his field, patient, kind and extremely professional.

I had an appointment in order to have a surgery with him but after my appointment I decided to go with another doctor. He did not even say hi and said why are you here? He seemed very rushed and I felt like I was bothering him. I didn't feel comfortable at all having a surgeon operate me that did not seem to have any patience at all. His assistant was very kind and friendly though.

Dr. Manoukian took great care of my husband and operated on him a few years ago for his sinus infection, as for me I had to see him today for my sinus and ear problem and right away I was told what was wrong with me and was given the appropriate medication to take care of my problem.

absolute worse doctor!!! has no patience with children, traumatises my child, as he was screaming while he was trying to clean some wax from my son’s ear because my son was feeling the pain & Dr didn’t believe he felt pain!... Crazy guy with power trip!!

He is the only doctor to listen to me and told me I needed an operation and called his colleagues at the Royal Victoria hospital and had me seen in 2 days . Great doctor and down to earth .

Whoa. After waiting an hour in a crowded waiting room (during the pandemic) we were brought into a dirty room with an open bottle of medicine sitting on a dirty shelf, a gross dirty glove on the floor, and personal files sitting on the floor. He spoke 3 words to us, admitted he couldn't find any of the papers he needed, and then left the room after handing me a piece of paper with some writing on it. No questions, no conversation, nothing. There were gross spills on the floor. Very gross. Ew.
