Very knowledgeable and caring. When I told the registration desk at the hospital that he was my new doctor, they said ‘youlucked out getting him’. I think so too!

I don’t know how he’s in practice. I’ve been fighting for my health for 2 years now and even when blood results show a problem they refuse to send me to someone who is better equipped in finding any answer other than ‘ I don’t know, that’s weird. We’ll check back in a month ‘

Dr. Koval (and former practice partner Dr. Haigh) is a testament to general medicine. As any good doctor he is curt in diagnosis and remedy. However, his office is always accommodating including urgent, unscheduled visits. Don Koval has been my personal family doctor for over 30 years. Nothing but respect and admiration for his commitment and accuracy to medicine. Koval's office is also staffed by some of the most professional and friendly people I've experienced in this field. Compassionate, helpful, and never rushing you in or out. A wonderful compliment to a well organized practice.

Dr. Don Koval has been our family Dr for close to 30 years. We have seen Patti leave...Dr Kim Haigh leave and now have the good fortune of being seen by Dr Dane Chhatwal. Jennifer and Kate are the icing on the cake. We lucked in those many years ago.

Dr. Koval removed debris from my 5 yr old daughters eye who needed to be sedated. However, the sedation never worked on my very uncooperative child. Dr. Koval knew what needed done and was ever so patient and caring. He was also concerned for her and knew it needed to be removed. Let's just say him and his wonderful team of nurses all worked together and managed to get it out!! Halalouya!!! Would recommend him to anyone.
