My best friend just returned from this doctor in tears. She just miscarried her first pregnancy, and Dr Clarke wrongfully assumed that my friend was HAPPY to have miscarried since she is in her early twenties and not married. She did not even bother to ask after my friend's situation (in a long term and stable relationship for several years, TRYING to get pregnant) and proceeded to attempt to prescribe contraception to my sobbing friend. When she FINALLY realized her misunderstanding, Dr Clarke did not even have the decency to apologize for her error; in fact, she made a completely inappropriate comment about how upsetting it must be for my friend to spend time with our other friend's baby (mom and baby had accompanied for support). VERY rude, SUPREMELY insensitive, HORRIBLY unprofessional.

I am a youth worker and took a client in and this doctor was very unprofessional and in my clients face to the point my client was crying. She did not apperciate me advocating for the client either. She was asking completely inappropriate questions about my clients sex life as well. She was very unhelpful and I would not recommend her to anyone, especially someone who is unable to advocate for themselves.

As a walk-in patient, she was quick to prescribe me anti-depressants (as a young teenager, to boot). After that prescription, she also wouldn't take me on as a full-time patient. She was pleasant, but I felt very unwelcome in her office.

Our family was patients of Dr. Clarke's for many years. In that time we found her to be friendly. She was very "in your face" with my younger child and he was terrified of her. Her referrals to specialists at times were an absolute joke. The closer she got to leaving, the more harsh, arrogant and downright rude this woman became. On that note we were given absolutely no notice that Dr. Clarke was leaving to Kelowna. The manner in which her departure was handled was grossly unprofessional by her staff and the Doctor herself. She basically abandoned her patients and her practice and walked out the door with no notice. This left many patients and families with no family doctor. Good riddance Doctor Clarke you will not be missed!

Dr. Clarke first became my doctor when I walked in with a miscarry....she was sympathic and made sure that I was treated right away. She then followed up with my situation, that was when she took myself and my family on full time. Thank goodness there are still some amazing doctors out there I was fortunately enough to have one of them! Dr. Clarke will be missed :-(

I thought Dr. Clark was fantastic - she listened to patient concerns - and when she didn't know an answer - never hesitated to refer a patient to the correct specialist. I will miss her. On another note I was upset that the office did not send notice of her no longer being there, and they were not helpful nor compassionate to a patient who was told her doctor had moved after 6 years. I was told I needed to "interview" with another doctor (how do you pass that interview - are you supposed to be "too healthy" or "too sick"??!) And then I was told it would be $100 to transfer my file. Just really uncooperative and left the patients hanging. I have found another doctor in the city who is great so far...but just a pretty disappointing experience with respect to the office staff at Harvest Hills Medical.

We were happy with doctor Clark for the last 6 years. Were very disappointed not to be notified that she left and the lack of cooperation when trying to book an appointment with another doctor. Were told we had to interview with someone else in the office and if we required immediate attention (such as my husband being a heart patient and needing prescription renewals) we would have to see a doctor on a walk in basis. We felt we were treated terribly and have had our files transferred elsewhere to another doctor taking new patients. Unfortunately we were told we would be charged a fee for transferring our files from an office that no longer considers us patients.

I have been with Linden for over 7 years and never had a problem with her or any of the ladies who work in the office. The office staff is amazing and very helpful. Best practice I've ever been too!

I love Dr. C. She has treated me since my first child was born seven years ago. She knows (and remembers) me and my children and our history and I feel secure and comfortable knowing she's there as our family doctor.
