Dr.Lenser is amazing, I have had her as my physician since she started practicing at dr medical clinic downtown. She has been there through many difficult times and always gives me the rational I need and listens to me and what I need from her as my physician. I could not ask for a better physician, she is kind, caring, compassionate and shows empathy. Some of my greatest struggles were when I lost my son and she followed up on her own time from home to see that I was doing ok. You're amazing Dr. Lenser and I appreciate you!

I find Dr Lenser to be often distracted and I don't feel she believes my symptoms to be real, therefore it is difficult to find her helpful.

Dr. Lenser has been my family doctor since she bought the practice from Dr. Sweeney many years ago. She used to be much more attentive and caring. But over the years, it has become increasingly apparent that the only patients she really cares about are her OBGYN patients. Sometimes her humanity shows through, but most of the time I've been to see her, she is late, rushed, and distracted. Knowing how overloaded doctors are these days, I could deal with all of this if the office would make the effort to have decent staff. The office used to have good staff. They are all gone now. The people there now are unhelpful, rude, and don't care about their jobs or even being decent to people. We are all there because we have issues, and a little compassion would be nice.

I love Dr. Lenser. I am very nervous when I see her but she really tries to calm me down. She has gone above and beyond for me many times. I feel comfortable around her. She is sensitive and caring and I feel so lucky to have her as my doctor. Ten out of ten in my books. Joanne

Dr Lenser is really thorough, knowledgeable and conscientious. She has first hand experience and shared advice mom to mom too. I really liked her and I highly recommend her. The only downfall is her time management but teslistically when you have such a great doctor who is thorough and listens well to you as well it doesn’t matter at all.

Long term, complex patient. She was aptly described to me by a senior doctor at a hospital as a sometimes overly cautious physician. If you need a calm, compassionate and warm doctor, you will want to look elsewhere. If you can get her attention she is thorough. She is actually best with children and OBGYN. You can clearly tell it is what she likes to practice.

I have intractable back pain. This doctor punches me on the back repeatedly in order, she said, to access my level of pain. I went home in agony and developed large red welts and bruising over the next 24 hours. It is my opinion this doctor does not know the first thing about treating patients with severe pain. This doctor had also misdiagnosed skin cancer on me on a number of occasions. She calls my lesions "warts" and tells me to treat them with wart removal. I have had to see a dermatologist to have skin cancer removed. Once the dermatologist had too cut out a area of cancer on my foreman that has left an ugly scar.
In my opinion I think this doctor needs remedial training if she continues to see patients. This doctor, who I had been seeing for over 12 years also failed to diagnose my Ankylosing Spondalytis. I way left in agonizing pain for numerous years because this doctor refused to examine me. I am now left with significant irreversible damage to my spine and must now live my life in pain. When I informed her that my pain had made my life unbearable, she reduced my pain medication.

In my opinion she has treated my with a complete lack of compassion. She had also refused to answer my questions and leaves the room immediately saying she does not have time to answer my questions. I have made several appointments just to have my questions answered. She just leaves the room. This is just my opinion.

This doctor clearly has problems. She is arrogant, rude and self-absorbed. Her staff follow her unprofessional lead. I can't imagine why she decided to be a doctor. She has a huge chip on her shoulder, she is cruel and dismissive and lacks compassion. Waits are hours long and it takes weeks to get an appointment.
