An amazing doctor just has way too amazing many patients. You have to wait 4-5 hours per visit but once you get to see him he is a great doctor. Very nice man,

Had a cataract removed today by Dr. Gupta and have absolutely no complaints...Judy is a gem and runs the office perfectly....Yes we waited but it is worth it for the skill and knowledge this Dr. has...The nursing staff at the hospital were super friendly and skilled...making me feel at ease....Very comfortable going back for the left cataract...

This doctor is a very disrespectful man. His office is the worst, his staff never answers their phone or calls back in a timely fashion. I have spoken directly to the doctor about this concerning problem he replied Quote “ Maybe I shouldn’t even have a phone “. I realize finding a good doctor in Thunder Bay is hard but no one should be forced to put up with an arrogant doctor like this one.

Bring yourself a snack and some entertainment, you'll definitely be waiting a few hours for your appointment. I waited just over 2 hours to see the dr but it was worth it. He took my concerns very seriously, listened to me and did everything in his power to make sure I got the care I needed. I really appreciated it and was very happy with my appointment. Reaching reception is hard, if you can I'd recommend just dropping by in person

Never never on time. Books 40 people at the same time and you have to wait at least 2 .5 hours. Don’t ever make plans same day as this appointment

Awesome experience for me. Dr Gupta saved my vision then when appropriate did cataract surgery. I had no problems.
