Bad reception, chaotic service and bad attitudes, I don't want to go again

I have been seeing Dr.Fung for about 15 years. It doesn't hurt when he repairs your cavities or pulls your tooth. He is very nice, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Your appointment will be on time unless he runs late with the previous patient.

Dr. Fung is indeed a very patient, caring and knowledgeable dentist, able to perform his professional duties. But his receptionist is however unfriendly, unhelpful, rigid and blunt in dealing with my problem. The other day, I requested a n urgent appointment to see doctor because of tooth pain caused by the chip-off of the tooth enamel. She refused to offer any help reiterating that there is no emergency treatment and all patients must follow the scheduled appointments. Instead, she suggested me to go to see other dentist. Just wonder why a regular patient cannot get any emergency appointment under such circumstances. V. disappointed with the manner she performed her duties.

Very great dentist, has been seeing him since I was 13. Super friendly and helpful, and very reassuring when it came to pain and discomfort, if any.

I'm terrified of dentists and have been going to this dentists since I was a kid and once I grabbed a needle out of my mouth (I was 12) because it hurt too much and he didn't even yell at me, plus the nurse is always super friendly

Best staff - they don't assume and they never rush you. Wait time (0 - 10 minutes) quite reasonable. Dr. Fung is friendly and takes the time to explain my procedures in detail. I've had great experience here with my implant, root canal and routine cleaning.

Dr. Fung has been our dentist for 6 years, it's a simple and clean clinic (no fancy decorations, fish tank etc.) it is located at a convenient location. Dr. Fund is friendly and patient, we like him a lot
