He is the best!! He is very nice and accommodating. I was able to make appointments at the last min without waiting for a long time. Too bad that he's retired 😭

I recently had a visit with Dr. Young and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I met Dr. Young, I was amazed by his humor and professionalism. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. The office was clean and comfortable, and I felt like I was in very capable hands throughout the entire visit. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Young to anyone in need of dental care.

First of all let me just say I’ve never smiled and laughed so much in a dentist’s office…—ever! Not only did Dr Young make me smile and laugh but he was extremely welcoming with his youthful and positive energy and he put me at ease from the very start. Dr Young was kind and conscientious as he FIRST took the time to make sure he was coming from a place of understanding regarding my finances and insurance coverage BEFORE making any recommendations or giving me options in terms of what I needed to have done. This was extremely helpful to me as I do not have very good insurance and I am on a budget. Next he did something NO OTHER dentist has ever done, he handed me a mirror so that I could see exactly what he was doing as he examined my teeth and we talked about my issues step-by-step. It was obviously important to him that he answer my questions thoroughly and he did so with an abundance of patience as well. Also, Dr Young gave me options for certain dental issues that my last Dentist did not, and although Dr Young remained **extremely** professional by refraining from saying anything negative about the lack of options given by my last Dentist it was apparent to me that Dr Young had my best interests at heart (**and my wallet’s best interests**). Dr Young spent a great deal of time with me as a first- time patient, -more than I’ve ever experienced with any dentist previously, and he even offered to quickly smooth out some rough areas on some of my chipped teeth free of charge! Perhaps other Dentists don’t offer this because they cannot make money doing it (?) but providing that for me, along with how I was treated has ensured that Dr Young has a patient in me for as long as he is in practice… and I’m pretty sure patient retention not only reflects positively on a Dentist’s practice but it ensures regular income from that retention along with future income due to positive referrals and reviews! I would also like to mention his lovely staff and most notably his dental hygienist Jerica, who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. (She also gave me a fantastic pain-free cleaning!) Finally, when I went to pay my co-pay after my visit I was shocked to find out that going to see Dr Young saved me a
TON of money compared to the prices I was paying at my last Dentist!!! I will be recommending Dr Young to everyone I know in the greater Vancouver area and I hope that anyone reading this will go see him as well, —you won’t regret it!! -Sarah S.

Dr. Young provides extensive knowledge and quality works. The clinic has an welcoming atmosphere. He is honest and compassionate. Today is my first visits and I am glad I found him..

He has a way about him that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the exam room.
The staff were friendly but they also go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need .
Everyone I encountered, including Dr Jones Young took the care to listen, understand, and try to make your visit as quick and as comfortable as it can be.
I have a phobia when it comes to Doctors.. But I can honestly say that you won't be disappointed or concerned when you leave his office.
I plan on seeing him as my regular dentist and look forward to the next visit.. (not so much the freezing.. hahaha)

Can’t recommend enough. Extremely helpful and caring. Takes his time to explain everything clearly and transparently without pressure allowing you to make educated decisions.
