Five stars without exception. Irreplaceable family practice by his kind and compassionate nature. Never been in hurry in listening the patients' issues. We were very lucky to have him as our family physician when we first met Dr. Mark at the Newmarket Hospital in 1980 after we moved in town from Burlington, Ontario. When we moved to Bolton, Ontario, we still stayed with Dr. Mark despite the long driving distance till he decided to close his practice. We were shocked by his unexpected decision. Our whole family misses Dr. Mark so much. He was like an uncle to my boys and we sure could have used his comforting ways when my husband died in 2020. He was simply the best.

Dr Mark is irreplaceable! He was my family Doctor my whole life. My whole family were with him since he opened his practice. He is the most kind, compassionate, caring and empathetic Doctor. I always left my appointments feeling reassured and he always took the time to listen. This was a huge loss for our family. I hope that Doctor Mark is ok and wish him great health and a very happy retirement. I have a new Doctor but he will never compare to the level of care myself and my family received from Dr. Mark! I have endless gratitude for you Dr. Mark and wish you the very best! Xx

I've been seeing Dr Mark since 1981 when my family first immigrated from Belgium to Newmarket. I was 7 years old at the time. I'm very grateful to have had Dr Mark as our family doctor for so many years. It feels very strange to not have a family doctor after so many years and it will be even stranger going to someone else. I do hope he and his family are ok and whatever caused the practice to close so suddently is managable.
