I had similar experiences to others with Dr Smith. She’s lovely but her receptionist is awful and rude. We actually stopped seeing her because of the receptionist. Also she insisted on seeing our son every 3 months which after consultation with our family was excessive.

The secretary, Wanda, was so rude when I was trying to book my appt. that I feel I cannot even take my child to the clinic. Do I call and cancel or do I just not make the "have to call and confirm 1 week before" call. Ridiculous and rude. Clearly this is not a one time experience. Dr. Smith will be losing this patient because of her front line worker. Unacceptable. (Stars are inaccurate for the Dr since I am not taking my child there).

Dr. Smith is great, however her receptionist is awful. She is rude, condescending and not helpful. I try to schedule my appointments when she will not be there.

Dr Smith is fantastic. As a child she helped my mom deal with so many of the medical issues I had. She was able to work with the numerous specialist and help solve many of my medical problems. Dr. Smith's quick thinking and ability to get me to tops of specialist list helped save my life!

Receptionist continues to be worst I have encountered. a little respect would go a long way. Very disappointing that this has continued for many many years.

The receptionist is very cold and somewhat rude. Dr. Smith is also cold and seems as though she wants to be doing anything else but her job. Very removed from the moment. Our GP could have done exactly what she did.

Dr. Smith, is amazing. I have seen her a few times with my son, she is very knowledgeable, helpful, and down to earth. She takes her time with my appointment and answer's any questions and concerns I have. She really seems to listen and is not quick to diagnose/push medication without investigating all possible causes. Her secretary, Wanda, however was very very rude, it's unfortunate. Working in the field she does, it would seem she(WANDA) doesn't really care about the patients I felt my phone call was a huge inconvenience and I wonder if she is a manner she normally conducts herself in. I do hope not!

This doctor actually told a friend of mine that mice cause SIDS! Honestly... if that were so there would be no children left. She seems to be giving out fear-based and non-factual information.
